The ambiance of our main hall and extended front porch's bright hard wood floors, large stone fireplace, giant log beams, hand-hewn log furniture, and fine western decor is warm and inviting. With a setting of lush green meadows full of wild flowers, white capped mountain peaks, tall pine forests, babbling creeks, a cracking fire, and sparkling high mountain stars, receptions are magical.
Our spacious front meadow and large lodge hall can comfortably accommodate up to one hundred fifty guests. In our main hall we have a large stone fireplace where we set up all the beautifully appointed serving tables, gift table, and cake table. On our large front porch we have rocking chairs, a porch swing, and additional seating which runs the entire length of the front of the lodge and overlooks our flower filled meadow. We set up bands and music in the corner of the porch, for amazing acoustics that can be heard perfectly throughout the meadow, as well as inside the lodge.
A large sunken fire pit surrounded by log seating is set in front of the porch, where we keep a crackling fire going to further the inviting ambiance.

Trickling creeks run on either side of the meadow and are perfect for your guests to take a lovely stroll, or for little guys to try their hand at skipping rocks. We have horse shoe pits and corn hole boards for guests of all ages to enjoy. With our amazing views and beautiful setting, our wedding parties usually choose to take most of their pictures throughout our grounds.
With our lodge being high in the Rocky Mountains, we provide all the delicious reception meals. This has been one of our wedding planners' favorite services for the past several years! Our bridal party has the entire lodge the night before and the night of the wedding, so the bride and bridesmaids (& often times the groom and groomsmen) have full use of the lodge to leisurely get ready for their big day. Check in is welcome anytime after two o'clock on Friday and guests are welcome to leisurely pack up until two o'clock on Sunday. This also allows for time to decorate the day before, take all the pictures they wish and to take their time loading everything up the following day.
We are here to help you with any need you may have from start to finish, and will take care of all parking as well as assist you in setting up the day before and cleaning up the day after.
At 10,200', our wedding season runs from the last weekend in June through the first weekend in September.
We offer a variety of wedding packages for our couples to choose from, or you may create your very own by choosing from items on our price list.
Please email, text or call for package prices.
